Tan Tao is a newly established, not-for-profit private university, located west of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. TTU is committed to higher education following the Western model, conducted at a high international standard. Teaching of all subjects is in English. The university will provide full scholarships to talented Vietnamese students from all provinces and backgrounds upon competitive admission – regardless of means. These scholarships – which are renewable subject to performance - cover 100% tuition, food, and accommodation. Positions available for Fall 2014

We are currently seeking generalists to teach a range of Humanities and Liberal Arts courses corresponding to the three concentrations in our English Major (see http://hum.ttu.edu.vn/index.php/en/academics/degrees-and-programs)

I. Full-Time or Part-Time Instructors for Translation-Interpretation Courses

A Masters' degree in English Linguistics/ Comparative Linguistics from one of the most prestigious universities is required; Ph.D. is preferred. Excellent teaching skills are essential. International experience is a plus.

Compensation packages include an attractive salary, considerable housing rate discount, and other benefits complied with the Vietnamese labor law.

II. English Teaching Assistants (ETAs)

A Bachelors' degree plus TESOL/CELTA/TEFL certificates are required; M.A. preferred. Excellent teaching skills are essential. International experience is a plus.
